How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized gifts and perishable items are final sale.
Can I include a personalized gift message?
Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will find a text box where you can enter a custom message that we will print on a premium gift card and include with your order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Honey Gifts ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery options to more countries in the near future.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately.
